"Rīgas satiksme" clients mostly paid attention to the information campaign telling about the causes of disturbances in public transport traffic

The opinion poll carried out on "Rīgas satiksme" website in December shows that in 2015 clients were mostly addressed by campaign "Causes of public transport delays", which explained why public transport sometimes arrives later than scheduled.

1271 respondent participated in the opinion poll, and 46% noted that the most remarkable campaign was about causes of public transport delays. In 87% of cases public transport arrives in time, yet sometimes its traffic is affected by jams, technical problems, weather conditions, road repair works and other causes beyond the company’s control. "Rīgas satiksme" calls on passengers to be tolerant and aware of these causes of delays.
